Job summary

HB Specialty Foods is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the day shift (5 am to 1:30 pm) to support production operations in a fast-paced environment. The role involves preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, dryers, and large blenders, with a focus on safety and uptime.

Starting at $22 per hour, the position includes bonuses, benefits, PTO, and overtime opportunities. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with prior mechanical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior maintenance or mechanical experience preferred.
• Ability to read diagrams, manuals, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyors, dryers, and blenders.
• Read diagrams and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Locate problems by observing equipment in operation and implement timely fixes.
