Job summary

Integrity Parma - The Reserves at 1150 is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Supervisor to keep our Parma, OH properties in top-notch shape. You will perform repairs, upgrades, and maintain a welcoming environment inside and outside our community.

The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, a valid driver’s license, and the use of your own hand tools. On-call rotation and travel pay are part of the duties; PTO and holidays are offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of general maintenance tasks.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required during workdays.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. We test for marijuana.
• 20 days of PTO per year (pro-rated in the first year)
• 7 paid holidays
• on-call pay including travel pay.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and maintenance tasks on time and as required.
• Help maintain the property's appearance and amenities.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Perform various maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Order all supplies, coordinator with vendors, works closely with the property manager
