Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• HVAC training and certification preferred.
• Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours).
• Ability to be on-call for emergencies.
• Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders using smartphone apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents.
• Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24–48 hour expectation).
• Perform routine maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Assist with court-ordered set-outs when necessary.
