Job summary

Yugo is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join ROAM Student Living community in Missoula, MT. You’ll handle resident work orders, repairs, inspections, and safety tasks to maintain property value and resident satisfaction.

The role involves on-call shifts, coordinating with vendors, and following OSHA safety standards while delivering courteous service. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of maintenance experience (HVAC/plumbing/electrical), a high school diploma, and strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Type I certification preferred.
• Pool maintenance certification preferred if local regulation requires.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with technology and online systems.
• Carbon Literacy certification or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders efficiently with high-quality repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies with excellent service.
• Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repair, carpentry.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, equipment, and common areas for safety and maintenance issues.
• Maintain pools, spas, and related equipment per local safety rules.
• Assist with on-call and after-hours maintenance as scheduled.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as directed.
• Maintain inventory and organize storage areas.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and participate in safety trainings.
