Job summary

Mycompas is hiring a Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift in Huger, SC. Starting pay is $22 per hour, with weekly pay and increases based on experience. The role focuses on hands-on maintenance of production machinery in a busy manufacturing environment.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and replace parts using hand and power tools, hoists and cranes. Strong mechanical skills and the ability to read diagrams are valued.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Industrial or mechanical maintenance experience preferred.
• Read diagrams, equipment manuals and basic engineering specs.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Do preventive maintenance on production machines.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and find the root cause.
• Watch and listen to running equipment to catch problems early.
• Replace parts using hand and power tools, hoists and cranes.
• Measure, adjust and repair with calipers, micrometers and gauges.

2nd shift, Mon-Fri 2pm-10:30pm
