Phillips Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our client’s location in West Union, SC. The ideal candidate has industrial maintenance experience with strong electrical troubleshooting, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and CNC equipment expertise.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues across hydraulic, pneumatic, and oil/lube systems, maintaining PLCs and CNC machinery, and performing general facility upkeep. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualificações

• Industrial electrical troubleshooting experience required.
• Experience with metal cutting and tooling, cutting fluids usage.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and fix issues with hydraulic, pneumatic, and oil/lube systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical wiring, PLCs, and CNC machinery.
• Work with bearing applications and metal cutting tools; operate grinders and filtration systems.
• Perform basic building maintenance and facility upkeep.
• Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).

We are currently seeking an experiencedMaintenance Technician to join ourclient’steamlocated in West Union, SC.The ideal candidate will have industrial maintenance experience, with a strong background in electrical troubleshooting and repair.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix issues with hydraulic, pneumatic, and oil/lube systems.
• Electrical & CNC Systems: Maintain and troubleshoot electrical wiring, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and CNC machinery.
• Work with bearing applications, metal cutting tools, and specialized manufacturing equipment like grinders and filtration systems.
• Perform basic building maintenance, plumbing, and general facility upkeep.
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, cylinder gauges, and dial indicators.

Qualifications

• Must have industrial electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with metal cutting and tooling, cutting fluids and their use
• General knowledge of heating, cooling and ventilation systems, and operation of compressed air systems
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic and lubrication systems
• Experience with PLC systems and nomenclature
• Experience with the following, close tolerance measurement and part drawing interpretation
• Ableto work overtime and weekends as needed
• Associate's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering Technologies or a related filed or equivalent work experience with a minimum of High School Diploma or GED

Pay:

$28.19 – $29.80/hr. The starting rate is negotiable based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
