A property management company in Exeter, CA, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain a 58-unit apartment community. The ideal candidate will have general building maintenance skills and good communication abilities. This full-time position offers a starting pay of $21.00 - $24.00/hour based on experience. Responsibilities include performing maintenance requests, assisting with inspections, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid CA Driver's License.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good public relations with residents and vendors.
• Assist with annual apartment inspections and identifying action items.
• Report violations of lease and house rules.
• Timely completion of maintenance request, work orders and ensure tenant's maintenance needs are being met.
• Work with manager to schedule vendors and order necessary supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance duties.
• Maintaining excellent curb appeal.
• Follow policies and procedures.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week.

Starting pay is $21.00 - $24.00/hour DOE

No housing available with this position.
