The role supports preventive maintenance and requires 3–5 years of technical maintenance experience, EPA HVAC certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of technical maintenance experience.
• General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance.
• EPA Certification for HVAC is required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders by applying carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills.
• Support the preventative maintenance schedule.
