Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Specialist) to maintain electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and related building systems.

You will support the preventative maintenance program and respond to repair needs to keep our campuses safe and comfortable. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 4–5 years of technical maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and solid knowledge of codes and systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-5 years of technical maintenance experience.
• Expert knowledge in electricity and electrical codes, painting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration or sprinkler systems.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve building utility systems including electrical wiring, HVAC, water supply, carpentry, and related piping.
• Support the preventative maintenance schedule.
