Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Utah. Under the Service Manager, you will bring units to market-ready condition and may require weekends and after-hours emergencies.

You will perform make-ready maintenance, handle work orders, assist with building and common area upkeep, and support preventative maintenance programs across communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred but not required.
• General maintenance knowledge: electrical, plumbing, appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.

Overview

Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for bringing units up to market ready condition in accordance with Peak Living standards. Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.)
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
