Peak Living in Charlotte, NC seeks a Part-time Maintenance Technician to bring units up to market-ready condition under the Service Manager.

Responsibilities include completing make-ready maintenance, handling work orders, assisting with building and common area maintenance, and supporting the preventive maintenance program. Typical schedule is 30 hours or less per week, with possible weekend coverage.

Strong English communication and basic trade skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certifications preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Peak Living is currently seeking a Part-time Maintenance Technician to join our team!

Overview

Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for bringing units up to market ready condition in accordance with Peak Living standards. Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
• 30 hours or less a week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.).
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
