Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our property management teams. You will bring units up to market-ready condition per Peak Living standards, with hours varying by community needs and potential weekend or after-hours emergency duties.

Responsibilities include completing make-ready tasks, handling work orders, and assisting with building and common area upkeep. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience in a property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.).
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Overview

Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for bringing units up to market ready condition in accordance with Peak Living standards. Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.)
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
