Vesta Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations at Winthrop Square Apartments in New London, CT. The role requires hands-on work, meeting deadlines, and delivering a positive resident experience. Immediate sign-on bonus of $500 is offered.

Responsibilities include quick response to service requests, make-readies, and on-call emergencies. The ideal candidate will maintain property appearance and safety, and may drive a company vehicle as needed.

• Experience performing maintenance tasks in property management or similar setting.
• Ability to respond quickly to resident service requests and complete work orders.
