Adecco US, Inc. is assisting a local employer in Fort Worth, TX, to fill a Maintenance Technician - Shift 3 position. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing facility machinery, tools, and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of maintenance experience, understands electrical, welding and fabrication, and can work a 3rd shift from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am. Pay is $32.00 per hour with benefits and opportunities for upskilling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance mechanic technician experience or relevant technical training
• Proficient mechanical knowledge and skills in electrical, welding and fabrication, utilities, and basic PLCs
• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• Preferred experience in food manufacturing and GMP

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, structures, and pipe and electrical systems; set up machine tools to repair or fabricate parts
• Troubleshoot issues and repair failures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
• Complete assigned work orders and unplanned/emergency tasks as required
• Maintain maintenance area clean and orderly; use maintenance systems; operate material handling equipment safely
• Document work orders; support predictive and preventive maintenance; assist plant initiatives and target downtime reduction

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electricalsystems in the facility. Set up and use machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill press and milling machine to repair or fabricate parts

• Troubleshoot issues, repair failures of production and facility equipment to ensure maximumefficiency and effectiveness

• Complete assigned work orders and unplanned/emergency tasks as required

• Maintain maintenance area in a clean and orderly fashion. Utilize maintenance systems as necessary to complete daily, weekly, monthly duties. Operate material handling equipment safely

• Document work order information/completion. Provide support to team in the predictive and preventative maintenance program. Participate and actively support all plant initiatives such as minimizing or eliminating downtime and ensuring plant optimization

Requirements:

• 2+ years maintenance mechanic technician experience or relevant technical training/certification

• Proficient mechanical knowledge and skills one or more of the following maintenance classification: electrical, welding and fabrication, utilities, and basic PLCS

• High School Diploma or GED

• Basic computer skills

• Preferred - Any experience in food manufacturing and knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP)

Pay Details:

$32.00 per hour
