Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Semi-Skilled) to repair and maintain the physical structures of our commercial and residential buildings in Florida, handling carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC tasks.

You will complete work orders, support the preventative maintenance schedule, and enjoy a generous benefits package including health coverage, 401(k) match after one year, paid time off, and growth opportunities within a not-for-profit senior living

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of technical maintenance experience.
• General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and/or painting, and HVAC and/or grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain physical structures of commercial/residential buildings.
• Complete assigned work orders using carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC skills.
• Support the preventative maintenance schedule.
