Commonwealth Senior Living seeks a Maintenance Technician for a 55+ manufactured housing community in Everett, WA. This is a full-time hourly position with full benefits and employer-paid medical, dental, and 401K after 90 days.

The role involves maintaining and repairing structures, grounds, and facilities, including pool areas, streets, parking lots, and common spaces. You will follow supervisor instructions, assist other maintenance workers, and contribute to a clean, safe community.

Qualifications

• Maintains and repairs physical structures of buildings and grounds.
• Works on common areas, yards, parking areas, and facilities.
• Pool maintenance experience is a plus.
• Winterizes outside faucets and assists other maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Receives and completes work orders from supervisor.
• Maintains and cleans community grounds, parking areas, and RV spaces.
• Maintains pool and surrounding area; pool experience is a plus.
• Repairs and paints community structures as directed.
• Assists with rebuilding carports and other community improvements.
