Commonwealth in Everett, WA is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our 55+ manufactured housing community. You will maintain and repair building structures, grounds, and common areas, and assist with landscaping, parking areas, and equipment, ensuring safety and quality.

Formación

• Experience maintaining buildings and grounds in a multi-property setting.
• Pool maintenance experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Receive orders from supervisor and perform repairs and upkeep.
• Maintain and clean common areas and grounds, including landscaping duties.
• Maintain pool area; pool experience is a plus.
• Maintain and clean building exteriors, drains, parking areas, and equipment.
• Winterize exterior fixtures as needed and assist others on projects.
• Prioritize safety and follow policies; report issues promptly.
• Keep accurate timecards and communicate effectively.
