Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Ability to perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall tasks.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on facilities and equipment.
• Complete work orders and respond to emergencies.
