Job summary

Traditions at Hunter Station is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a senior living community in Sellersburg, IN. You will perform routine maintenance, fix repairs, and support preventative tasks to ensure resident safety and comfort.

Role requires hands-on skills, reliability, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed. Candidates with healthcare or senior living experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or related field (senior living or healthcare setting a plus).
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and respect for working in residents’ homes.
• Willingness to be flexible with scheduling, including occasional evenings or weekends.

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping our building and grounds in great shape. From fixing small repairs to helping with preventative maintenance, your work will directly contribute to the safety, comfort, and happiness of our residents.
