Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum two to three years of experience in maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical or HVAC.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintains electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating and cooling, structural facilities and grounds.
• Performs routine maintenance and preventive tasks.
• Repairs, replaces and maintains interior fixtures and furnishings.
• Maintains accurate records of equipment and service.
• Ensures safety and cleanliness of work environment.
