Presbyterian Villages of Michigan in Detroit, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to build, repair, and maintain machinery, building systems, and outdoor environments across our senior living campuses. You will receive resident work orders, inspect facilities, assist with unit inspections, provide groundskeeping services, and ensure Housing Quality Standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years maintenance experience, ability to operate a computer and maintenance

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years related maintenance experience required.
• Ability to operate a computer and maintenance software.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Aufgaben

• Receive resident work orders, evaluate work needed, and complete assigned work orders within the required time frame.
• Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine the necessity of repairs or maintenance.
• Assist supervisor with scheduling and conducting unit inspections as required by policy.
• Provide groundskeeping services, such as landscaping and snow removal.
• Ensure Housing Quality Standards are followed in units and entire property.
