Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED certificate.
• Must have three years of related maintenance experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 points.
• Must pass background investigation, drug screening, polygraph and psychological screening.
• Must provide handwriting sample for review.
• Must appear before and receive favorable recommendation from Oral Interview Board.
• Visible tattoos allowed only if not offensive; no tattoos on face/head.
• Must demonstrate honesty, reliability, integrity and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, inspect, repair and replace security systems and components.
• Maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC equipment; oversee contractors.
