Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Seattle, WA.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Work Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 5 month contract with option to extend
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent

Job Description:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

Responsibilities :

• Small repairs and moving furniture.
• Plumbing repairs, use of ladders, inspections of fire extinguishers, daily rounds or meter numbers to log, industrial kitchen experience helpful

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Customer service and being able to use hand tools.
• Some experience working in a similar environment or customer service role. Has used tools, handyman background
• High School or GED
