Job summary

Red Bull North America, Inc. seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic material-handling equipment across the site.

This hands-on role requires diagnosing failures, using power tools, and mentoring junior technicians. The position coordinates with Operations, oversees contractors, ensures safety compliance with OSHA/NFPA70, and maintains high equipment availability while upholding strong housekeeping

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Material Handling equipment specifically Automation/ conveyance/robotics.
• 2+ years of experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
• Multiskilled in electrical and mechanical disciplines with robotics/automation experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of PLC based controls systems.
• Experience using CMMS to plan proactive maintenance and create work orders.
• Knowledge of OSHA and NFPA70 compliance.
• Ability to communicate in English (written & spoken).
• Ability to oversee and influence team members.
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute Predictive/Preventative/Corrective maintenance on Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Robotic MHE equipment.
• Operate power and hand tools to install and maintain facility equipment safely.
• Demonstrate SME-level knowledge of MHE and collaborate with Operations.
• Mentor technicians and manage relationships with contractors.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns to maximize equipment availability and prioritize issues.
• Support continuous improvement of systems in a standard manner.
• Oversee documentation of work and ensure compliance with policies.
