Job summary

Red Bull North America, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to execute maintenance across production facilities, repair machines, and ensure safe setup of tools.

You will work a rotating shift schedule in AZ, with overtime flexibility, and mentor other technicians while driving continuous improvement and safe operation.

Candidates bring 2+ years of MHE maintenance experience, PLC/electrical knowledge, CMMS usage, and the ability to read blueprints; English communication required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in maintenance of material handling equipment.
• Experience with automation, conveyance, and robotics.
• Skilled in predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
• Knowledge of PLC-based controls and electrical systems.
• Experience using CMMS for work orders and planning.
• Able to read blueprints and CAD drawings.
• Strong English communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute predictive/preventive/corrective maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic MHE.
• Operate power tools safely and install/maintain equipment.
• Lead safety practices and mentor technicians.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns to maximize equipment availability.
• Collaborate with operations and oversee contractors.
• Maintain CMMS records and manage spare parts inventory.
• Perform safety inspections and uphold housekeeping.
