Job summary

Red Bull North America is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to support material handling equipment and high-speed packaging automation. You will perform predictive and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems, and apply PLC controls within a safety-conscious environment.

The role requires 2+ years in automation and maintenance, CMMS usage, and the ability to lead and communicate effectively with a team.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience with material handling equipment, automation/robotics.
2+ years of predictive and preventative maintenance experience.
Multiskilled in electrical and mechanical disciplines with robotics/automation experience.
Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Knowledge of PLC based controls systems.
Experience using CMMS to plan proactive maintenance and create work orders.
Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA70 compliance.
Ability to communicate in English (written & verbal).
Ability to oversee and influence team members.
Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and workload.
Experience detecting malfunctions and solving issues.
Experience with safe operation of power tools, hand tools, and machinery.
Packaging operation and high-speed automation experience.
Ability to read blueprints and CAD drawings.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance on material handling equipment and automation systems.
Plan and execute preventative maintenance using CMMS.
Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical subsystems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA, NFPA70).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence on-site personnel.
Review blueprints and CAD drawings to support installation and upkeep.
Maintain readiness for packaging lines and high-speed automation.
Work outdoors and adapt to weather conditions as needed.
