Job summary
Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our Sales Center and Welcome Center at Hilton Head Island. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, general repairs, and guest assistance to ensure a positive guest experience.
Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, a valid driver’s license, and experience with landscape, construction, and basic trades. This position is on-site at our resort locations with opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
- Good driving record with minimal violations.
- Knowledge of the Timeshare industry.
- Experience in resort maintenance (landscaping, construction, upkeep).
- Ability to read work orders and use basic tools.
Responsibilities
- Implements preventative maintenance programs (A/C filters, fire extinguishers, appliances).
- Performs daily upkeep (painting, plumbing, electrical, moving furniture, drywall, landscaping cleanup).
- Completes maintenance calls and general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center.
- Notifies manager of issues and assists guests as needed.
- Performs other duties as requested by management.
