Job summary

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across our property. You will oversee daily maintenance activities, ensure safe and efficient operations, and coordinate with the Facilities Manager and other departments.

This full-time role requires regular attendance and offers perks including discounted room rates and access to spa, restaurant, and retail discounts.

Qualifications

• No formal education is required, however extensive experience in the construction industry is essential.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in good working order all hotel utilities and basic functions (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Monitor work orders and ensure timely, efficient completion while managing time and resources.
