Job summary

Roundhouse in Montana is seeking an Maintenance Supervisor to own daily maintenance operations and partner with the Community Manager to keep property safe, efficient, and ready for residents.

You will lead maintenance technicians, housekeepers, and groundskeepers, manage budgets, inspections, and vendor relations, and drive capital projects to meet timelines and quality goals. This is a full-time on-site role in Whitefish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years supervisory or lead experience in property maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety, and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance technicians, housekeepers, and groundskeepers through daily assignments, training, and quality control.
• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and inspections for safety and operational excellence.
• Run regular property, fire, pool, and annual inspections and address code violations quickly.
• Maintain inventory, equipment, and storage to OSHA and company safety standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, bids, CapEx planning, and ensure timely move-ins.
