Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in technical training programs to maintain skill level.
• Prioritize and ensure service requests and repairs are timely and correct.
• Inspect grounds and facilities to maintain curb appeal and safety.
• Assist with turnkey operations and inventory monitoring.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor in staff motivation and teamwork.
• Maintain strong customer service relationships with residents and vendors.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety programs; follow budgets and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with residents, co-workers and contractors.
