Job summary

Live Bryten's Stonebridge Landings in Orlando, FL seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to uphold a safe, comfortable living environment. You’ll handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance, perform preventative work, prep vacant units, and keep accurate service records.

You’ll join a team dedicated to excellent resident service, on-site operations, and safety compliance, with an emphasis on quality workmanship and timely responses to service requests.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment or facilities maintenance preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred; other industry certs are a plus.
• Ability to diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall and painting.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs and preventative maintenance to keep the community in good condition.
• Complete service requests and work orders promptly and professionally.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (make-ready and turn).
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds and equipment for safety and upkeep.
• Assist with on-call maintenance emergencies as part of rotation.
