AIR Communities’ Lenox Village Town Center is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance team. This full-time role focuses on performing routine and on-demand repairs to keep residents comfortable and move-in ready.

You will use two or more trades, respond to service requests, train others when needed, and work with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. We offer strong benefits, rent discounts, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks as needed, and on-call shifts.
• A reliable mode of transportation to respond to emergency service requests.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.

• Provide training/direction to other Maintenance Technicians when needed.
• Assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
