Wasatch Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our apartment communities with hands-on maintenance and prompt service delivery. You will perform routine repairs, troubleshoot plumbing/electrical issues, and help maintain common areas to exceed resident expectations.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.

Organized and Accountable
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
Experience in repairing and or maintaining at least most of the following:
Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Superior customer service skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on‑call responsibility for after‑hours emergencies
The pay range for this position is $20.25 - 27.39 USD Hourly per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!
Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
