Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service apartment communities in California. The role covers routine repairs, responding to resident requests quickly, and addressing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting tasks.

The successful candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience, be a strong communicator, and deliver excellent customer service while adhering to company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience in repairing and/or maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating and air systems, pools.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in repairing and or maintaining at least most of the following:
• Electrical Systems
• Plumbing
• Appliances
• Flooring
• Carpentry
• Heating and air systems
• Pools
• Detail‑oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on‑call responsibility for after‑hours emergencies.

Benefits and Pay Range:

• The pay range for this position is $20.25 - 27.39 USD Hourly per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!
• Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, and qualifications.
