ZRS Management in Frisco, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver skilled and efficient service to residents. This role works under the Maintenance Supervisor and reports to the Property Manager, focusing on high-quality repairs and turn-around maintenance to uphold property standards.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning, appliances and related systems.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance in 3–5 business days with turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, windows) and general upkeep.
• Monitor exterior for roof, siding, shutters, and related issues.
• Support preventive maintenance program for assigned area.
• Ensure safety and proper condition of equipment/structures in area of expertise.
• Document new tools/equipment in inventory.
• Keep work area clean and orderly; observe safety rules.
