Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Philippines Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in San Antonio, TX. This full-time role requires hands-on facilities maintenance, safety compliance, and responsive support to residents and staff.

You will perform routine repairs, coordinate preventive maintenance, and respond to after-hours emergencies. The ideal candidate has carpentry, plumbing, and electrical experience, valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 90 pounds.

• Able to operate machinery including electric saws and related equipment.
• Stand/walk for long periods; climb stairs and ladders as needed.
• Flexible for after-hours emergencies.
• Valid Local State Driver’s License and a current vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar and up to date with OSHA guidelines to ensure 100% compliance.
• Inspect the property regularly and report hazards and needed repairs.
• Complete maintenance service requests and document actions taken.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to schedule preventive maintenance.
• Follow community preventive maintenance program regularly.
• Communicate needs for supplies and materials to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Report issues and liabilities with recommendations to management.
• Handle after-hours emergencies following policy and procedures.
• Comply with laws on housing, disability accommodations, and landlord-tenant relations.
• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as directed.
