Qualifications

• 1+ years of property maintenance or equivalent fieldwork.
• Hands-on plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC systems experience.
• Must furnish own tools and have transportation for parts.

Responsibilities

• Address resident maintenance requests promptly.
• Keep property maintained and safe; correct unsafe conditions.
• Maintain records for PMs, requests, expenditures, and make-readies.
• Perform make-ready repairs on schedule and manage grounds.
