Apartment Management Consultants in Marysville, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep apartment buildings and grounds in good repair. You will perform daily repairs, prep vacant units, and respond to service requests, working on-site with a team dedicated to resident satisfaction.

Candidates should be proficient with hand and power tools, have knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of the property and prep vacant units.
• Maintain and inventory supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain professional appearance with property uniform.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Secure maintenance shop at close of workday.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary.
• Handle all lock-outs due to evictions and respond 24/7.
