Qualifications

• At least 2 years of property management or building maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in carpentry, electrical, appliance and plumbing repairs.
• Strong communication with residents, vendors and team members.
• Reliable and punctual; available for after-hour or weekend emergencies.
• Comfort with physical labor and lifting over 100 pounds.
• Able to use Microsoft Office and Yardi for work orders and reporting.

What You'll Do

• Daily Operations: Coordinate and execute work orders, property turns, and ongoing maintenance projects.
• Expert Repairs: Diagnose and repair issues involving HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
• Property Inspections: Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and daily checks of common areas (pools, fitness centers, grounds) to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Rapid Response: Manage apartment "turns" within 1-7 days and respond to resident maintenance concerns professionally and promptly.
• Preventative Care: Follow established preventative maintenance programs, including moisture management and safety inspections.
• Tech-Forward Admin: Use Yardi to enter and close work orders, manage documentation, and generate operational reports.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: At least 2 years of property management or building maintenance experience.
