The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting. Physical labor is required, with occasional heavy lifting and travel up to 50% to support community properties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience not required but preferred in property maintenance or related field.
• Valid Driver’s License required; ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, and maintain property grounds, buildings and amenities.
• Schedule and complete all preventative maintenance programs.
• Report safety issues and incidents to Site Manager with documentation.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable program regulations.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and keep storage areas organized.
