Job summary

Fitch Irick Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Magnolia Branch in Ladson, SC. The role covers day-to-day property maintenance, including grounds, buildings, and amenities, with a focus on timely responses to maintenance requests and turnover activities.

With a strong emphasis on safety and compliance, the technician will perform preventative maintenance and coordinate with the Site Manager to ensure property quality aligns with program requirements and Fitch Irick standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2-3 years property maintenance.
• Physical abilities: labor-intensive with lifting up to 100+ pounds.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and improve property grounds, buildings, and amenities.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs.
• Report safety issues and incidents with documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and Fitch Irick policies.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and keep maintenance areas organized.
• Complete resident and property maintenance requests in a timely manner.
