Job summary

Nesco Resource, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Manager in keeping production equipment and facility systems reliable and efficient. The role involves preventative maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and assisting with new equipment installation while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.

The position focuses on production equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and start-up support for new machinery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to safely use hand tools.
• Follow maintenance procedures and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive maintenance on production equipment and facilities.
• Maintain and service injection molding machines and material handling systems.
• Assist with installation, start-up and commissioning of new equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs to supervisor.
