Job summary

Butcher Power Products seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems. You will work with production, engineering, and safety teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, documentation control, and proactive issue identification to support continuous manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Proficient in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with industrial equipment and maintenance processes.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics and OEM docs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on fabrication equipment per schedule.
• Maintain and update PM calendar and logs for audit readiness.
• Coordinate repairs with outside service vendors and document service notes.
• Manage consumables and spare parts for each machine.
• Comply with safety standards (LOTO) and OSHA requirements.
• Support facility upkeep and equipment uptime.
