Job summary

Apex Geotech Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on facility equipment, systems, and infrastructure to keep operations safe, reliable, and efficient.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues; document work in CMMS; assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment; read schematics and manuals; and collaborate with Production and Operations to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance, mechanics, electrical, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, facility systems, and supporting infrastructure according to schedules and priorities.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime and maintain performance.
• Inspect machinery to identify potential failures or safety concerns and elevate findings to the Maintenance Manager.
• Document work performed, parts used, and time spent in CMMS.
• Assist with installation, startup, and commissioning of new equipment.
