Job summary

Concord is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team in Winston-Salem, NC. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep hotel equipment and facilities in top condition, assist with preventative maintenance, and support safe operations for guests and staff.

You will work on-site under the Chief Engineer, handle building and grounds projects, respond to guest requests with professionalism, and collaborate across departments to uphold our safety standards and service

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands‑on approach.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred.
• Reliable, team‑oriented, and customer‑focused with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain safety standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support other departments when needed and follow all emergency and safety procedures.
