Job summary

Concord is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team in Winston-Salem, NC. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep hotel equipment and facilities in top condition, assist with preventative maintenance, and support safe operations for guests and staff.

You will work on-site under the Chief Engineer, handle building and grounds projects, respond to guest requests with professionalism, and collaborate across departments to uphold our safety standards and service

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands‑on approach.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred.
• Reliable, team‑oriented, and customer‑focused with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Description

We are hiring aMaintenance Technicianto join our Engineering team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all hotel equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently. You’ll assist with preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the property’s facilities—helping to provide a safe, comfortable environment for our guests and team members.
