Qualifications

• 1+ years of maintenance experience at a multifamily or manufactured housing community.

Responsibilities

• Represent IPG in a positive, professional manner.
• Perform grounds maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and leaf removal.
• Operate power tools and equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Use a chainsaw to cut and remove large limbs or debris.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, lawns, walkways, and parking areas.
• Inspect and maintain irrigation systems; adjust or replace sprinklers/valves as needed.
• Assist with morning property inspections and address issues.
• Vacuum, sweep, clean restrooms, and remove litter in common areas.
• Conduct trash-out duties and transfer items to dumpsters/storage.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to management; respond to after-hours emergencies.
