MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Prelude at the Park in Henderson, NV. The role covers multiple trades, from plumbing and electrical to A/C, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork. On-call rotation and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200-unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.
• Customer service mindset and ability to work in a team.
• Consent to audio recordings during performance of duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances and perform painting as needed.
• Handle apartment turnovers and maintenance tasks.
• Take emergency calls and respond to issues.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Prelude at the Park in Henderson, NV!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.
