MG Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Prelude at the Park in Henderson, NV. The ideal candidate handles multiple trades, performs repairs, cleans common areas, and supports on-site residents with a focus on service.

You'll join a team at a 200-unit property, respond to service requests, assist with turnovers, and participate in on-call rotations. We value reliability, teamwork, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance on large properties.
• Customer service mindset and teamwork required.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is a must.
• Reliable transportation and on-call availability needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances and perform painting.
• Assist with apartment turnovers.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Prelude at the Park in Henderson, NV!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.
