Job summary

Kito Crosby in Arlington, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform diverse maintenance tasks, install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment, and develop predictive maintenance practices to maximize uptime.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing/warehousing, experience with forklifts and dock equipment, and strong problem solving, reading schematics, and safety adherence. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing and/or warehousing environment.
Experience with preventive maintenance and repair of forklifts, dock equipment, and related machinery.
Ability to read prints, schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
Strong safety mindset and relentless, results-driven approach.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish, document, and execute preventive maintenance and calibration programs.
Perform periodic preventive maintenance on equipment.
Develop and implement predictive maintenance tools and techniques to maximize equipment availability.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and/or computerized systems.
Read and understand prints, schematics, diagrams, and manuals to determine repair methods.
Relocate, reinstall, and requalify equipment, wiring, and cabling.
Maintain preventative maintenance logs and equipment manuals.
Strict adherence to all safety procedures.
